Operate and monitor high-pressure and low-pressure boiler systems.

- Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of boilers and auxiliary equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, feedwater systems).
- Maintain optimal operating parameters by monitoring gauges, meters, and control systems.
- Follow safety and environmental regulations in accordance with boiler codes and company policies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
- Maintain detailed logs of operating conditions, maintenance actions, and safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, OSHA).
- Assist in boiler start-up and shut-down procedures.
- Participate in emergency response situations related to boiler systems.
- Sound mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems for boiler control.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and P&IDs.;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
