We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a Leading Investment Bank for the position of Service Engineer Microsoft Azure & M365 Messaging (AVP) in Pune.

Role: Service Engineer – Microsoft Azure & M365

Location: Pune

Level: AVP

Key Skills Required:

- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid experience managing large-scale enterprise email/messaging platforms.
- Mandatory understanding of SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Experience with Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (MDO) and Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory groups, access management, Security & Compliance, and Conditional Access policies.
- PowerShell scripting skills; working knowledge of KQL, SQL and ITIL-based service operations.

Preferred: Global Relay, Microsoft Graph API and relevant Microsoft security certifications.
