Customer Service Associates for an International Voice Process in Gurugram. Candidates will handle calls for a leading international brand, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working in US rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound / Outbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality and performance standards.




- Work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service / voice processes / Blended(Voice & Chat).
- Prior international voice process experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
