Job Overview

We are looking for an organized Event Supervisor to oversee event setup, coordinate staff and vendors, manage on-site activities, and ensure events run smoothly according to the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise event setup, execution, and closing activities.
- Coordinate with event coordinators, vendors, and service providers.
- Allocate duties to event staff and monitor their performance.
- Ensure venue arrangements are completed on time.
- Coordinate seating, decorations, equipment, and other event requirements.




- Monitor event schedules and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Monitor event materials and equipment.
- Prepare event completion reports and communicate feedback.
