​About the Role

​We are looking for an experienced and independent Event Manager & Coordinator to lead end-to-end planning and execution for weddings, social gatherings & corporate events reporting directly to the CEO.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Plan and execute end-to-end events (weddings, social, and corporate).
- Manage on-site logistics, setup, and event schedules.
- ​Coordinate and negotiate with vendors (caterers, decorators, AV teams, venues).
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.




- Work independently while keeping leadership updated on project progress.

​Requirements ​1+ years of hands-on event coordination experience.

​Solid communication, vendor negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

​Flexibility to work irregular hours/weekends based on event schedules, applicant must be ​local resident of Dehradun.
