Your Role

- POSH GRC is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the organization's POSH framework and broader compliance initiatives, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.

- This role requires strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive governance mindset

Your Profile

- Manage and oversee the POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC)

- Ensure compliance with the POSH Act, internal policies, and governance standards

- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

- Track and implement legal updates and policy changes

- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit readiness

- Lead handling of POSH complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity

- Coordinate investigation panels and ensure fair, timely resolution





- Drive POSH training programs across levels

- Monitor training effectiveness and coverage

- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Leadership, and external IC members

- Provide guidance on compliance and sensitive matters

- Manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach

- Deliver leadership reporting (dashboards, insights, trends)

- Maintain and update intranet content (policies, FAQs, resources)

- Support Governance, Risk Compliance initiatives, Identify risks, compliance gaps, and recommend improvements
