We are looking for an ETL Support Engineer responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines. The candidate should have experience in SQL, data warehousing, production support, incident management, and job scheduling tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily ETL jobs and data integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot ETL job failures and resolve data loading issues.
- Analyze error logs and identify root causes of production incidents.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues.
- Perform data reconciliation and source-to-target validation.
- Restart failed jobs and manage dependencies using scheduling tools.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch processing activities.
- Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
