Supervise routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and automation failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain, support and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and other automation systems for all critical equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Plan, control and optimize inventory of critical electrical spares and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for technical support, system upgrades, spares and service contracts.
- Maintain documentation for shifts, audits, maintenance schedules and compliance with statutory requirements.




- Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure proficiency with electrical systems and adherence to safety protocols.
- Drive improvements in electrical systems and components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Identify cost-effective solutions for electrical systems without compromising performance or safety.
