Enqora Solutions is looking for an experienced ERP Workday SCM Functional / Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Supply Chain Management, Financials, business analysis, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Workday SCM applications, troubleshooting production issues, implementing enhancements, and managing integrations within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for Workday Supply Chain Management and Financials applications.
- Handle operational incidents, service requests, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Work on Workday Inventory Management, Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Design, develop, and support Workday FINSCM integrations using EIB and Workday Studio.
- Support ancillary supply chain applications, including GHX Marketplace, Par Excellence, handheld devices, NiceLabel, label printers, and print servers.
- Troubleshoot supply chain application issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in implementation projects, process improvements, and system upgrades.
- Provide on-call production support as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant IT/ERP experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Workday SCM and Workday Financials.
- Expertise in Workday Inventory Management, Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Mandatory hands-on experience developing Workday Studio integrations.




- Experience with Workday EIB and FINSCM integrations.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience handling incidents, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting healthcare or hospital supply chain systems.
- Knowledge of GHX Marketplace, Par Excellence, NiceLabel, handheld scanners, and warehouse printing systems.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
