ERP Manager

About the Opportunity An established and diversified business group in East Africa is looking for an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise technology, ERP systems and business process integration.

The organisation operates across FMCG and beverage distribution, manufacturing, logistics and other business sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to improve system efficiency, inventory visibility, reporting accuracy and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ERP implementation, system integration, customisation and continuous improvement.
- Manage integration between ERP, warehouse management, procurement, finance, sales and supply chain systems.
- Improve inventory visibility, stock accuracy, batch traceability and expiry monitoring.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud technologies, data centres and information security.
- Develop dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Improve sales reporting, distributor performance tracking and financial KPI visibility.
- Support the automation of trade promotions, discounts, rebates and applicable tax configurations.
- Monitor system records relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and general ledger.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors.
- Train end users and ensure effective adoption of ERP systems across business functions.
- Drive continuous improvements in system availability, order processing and inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,



Information Systems, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ERP, IT systems or enterprise technology within FMCG, distribution or manufacturing.
- At least 3–5 years in a senior IT leadership role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of inventory management, warehousing, procurement, finance and supply chain processes.
- Robust stakeholder management, problem-solving and commercial understanding.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive technology-led business improvements.
- Willingness to relocate to Uganda.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
