Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA)

Role: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
- Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, and transportation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and significant documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Manage office-related activities and administrative requirements.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.




- Assist management with daily priorities and special projects.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good email drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to manage changing schedules and priorities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
