Position: Executive – ERP & AI (Zoho ERP / Business Applications)

Department: IT / ERP / Digital Transformation

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: B.Tech. (Computer Science) / BCA

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications and ERP systems.
- Automate business processes using AI, Generative AI, and workflow automation tools.
- Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Inventory, and other business applications.
- Integrate applications using APIs, webhooks, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting.
- Analyze business requirements and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, documentation, and provide end-user training and technical support.
- Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies.





Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Zoho applications and ERP processes.
- Knowledge of AI tools, prompt engineering, and business process automation.
- Understanding of application integration, data analytics, and workflow management.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: A technology-oriented professional with practical Zoho implementation experience and an interest in AI-driven automation and digital transformation. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
