Job Responsibilities

- Assist clients with equity market-related queries and investment product information.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Explain equity market products, Demat and trading accounts, and investment services.
- Generate leads and acquire recent clients.
- Understand clients financial objectives and communicate relevant product information.
- Monitor stock market updates and share relevant market information within the scope of the role.
- Follow up with clients to improve engagement and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.




- Follow company policies and applicable SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, and investment products.
- Customer relationship management and sales skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
- Willingness to learn about equity markets and financial products.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream; Finance or Commerce background preferred.
- Experience: Freshers
- Preferred Candidates: Candidates with experience in stock broking, equity sales, wealth management, or financial services.
- Salary: As per experience and company policy.
