Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) (Mechanical)

- ITI Draughtsman (Mechanical)

- Diploma Mechanical Engineering (DME)

You should know to calculate drive selection as well as component sizing, hydraulic component selection of Stacker cum Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers Systems (Rotaside, Crescent, Tandem), Paddle feeders, Twin boom stackers, Barrel reclaimers, Ship Loaders, Port cranes, Steel plant equipment, etc. You will be called to prepare technical specifications for vendor items like gearboxes, geared motors, couplings, brakes, hydraulics, winch systems, wire ropes, operator cabins, electric hoists, hydraulic jacks, belt conveyor components - idlers, pulleys, belts, scrapers, etc.



FEA analysis using Nastran/Ansys static structural designs/buckling designs of different equipment and experience on STAAD analysis is preferred.

Experience in Inventor, ACAD and MS Office with hands-on experience working on Stacker Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Chargers, Paddle Feeders, Port Equipment, Steel plant equipment or in any other equipment, etc. and possess expertise in fabrication drawing and bill of material preparation for the above equipment.

Experience in EDEM software for material flow analysis & parametric modeling will be considered as an added advantage.
