Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain Statutory compliances
2. Regular follow up with Govt. Body or consultant for renewal.

3. Coordination for ISO certification
4. Follow up with ground team for audit observation closure

5. Incident report preparation
6. Due diligence for new property
7. data collection for Annual/Half yearly return filling

8. Environmental Monitoring
9. Monthly Waste management data collection
10. conduct training for ground level team

11. Risk assessment

12. HIRA and AIA review
13. Conduct Scenario based mock drill and evacuation drill

14. Safety Committee meeting
15. Monthly EHS checklist fill up
16. Work permit management
17. periodical walkthrough with team
18. Provide necessary support to client requirement

Qualification:



Full time diploma or degree in Fire safety from Reputed Institute

Experience:

3-5 years experience in Facility and property management and experience in implementation of IMS and FMS in large scale and sound knowledge on NBC
