Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for a skilled and responsible English Typist & Computer Operator who has excellent English typing skills, valuable computer knowledge, and the ability to complete daily typing and documentation work accurately and on time.

The candidate must be comfortable with daily English typing, document preparation, computer operations, and office data management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform daily English typing work with good speed and accuracy.
- Type and prepare legal documents, letters, applications, reports, and other office documents.
- Manage computer-based office work and maintain digital records.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using MS Word.
- Perform data entry and maintain office data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Check spelling, grammar, formatting, and typing errors before submitting work.
- Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and documents.
- Handle scanning, printing, PDF conversion, and other routine computer operations.




- Complete assigned work within deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Support the team with daily documentation and administrative tasks.

Required Skills
- English typing is mandatory.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of PDF editing, printing, scanning, and file management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to avoid careless mistakes.
- Punctual, disciplined, hardworking, and responsible.
- Freshers with good English typing and computer skills can also apply.

Working Hours Monday to Saturday, as per company policy.

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
