- Procure engineering spares, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utility, and maintenance items.

- Manage procurement activities for plant expansion, brownfield, and greenfield projects.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors for engineering materials and services.

- Obtain quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid disruption of plant operations and project schedules.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels of critical spares and consumables.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, Stores, Finance, and Vendors for seamless procurement activities.

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.

- Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders, and procurement reports.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and documentation requirements.
