Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET Core and React.JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks for optimal delivery.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress against milestones and providing guidance on resource allocation.
Job Requirements :
- 13-18 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
- Robust expertise in .NET Core, React.JS, or other relevant technologies.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time.
