Responsibilities

- Manage new facilities design progress/input/output and quality.
- Manage recent facilities CSA and MEP construction safety and quality.
- Develop and track engineering and construction project schedule.
- Develop engineering and construction budget and track the spending as committed.
- Permitting management.
- Coordinate among local/international team to established requirement.
- Prepare URS for design / consturction package.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree and/or Master degree with major in engineering related.
- 10+ years working experience in engineering and construction management for Capex in-vestment project in Pharmaceutical,



Chemical or Biotechnology industries.
- Experience in GMP project.
- Familiar with local GMP requirements.
- Experience in managing Design Company, General Contractor and Discipline Contractor, Project Management Company.
- Familiar with local design and construction regulations.
- Service orientated to clients and project stakeholder with a good level of communication skills (need to present results and progress).
- Good knowledge of safety in design and strong in the safety management in construction.
- Good Team corporation attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of situations.
- Focus on details with balance of efficiency, Good planner targeting right first time but keep agile for change required.
- Experience in International company is a plus.
- Certified PMP is a plus.
