Responsibility:
1 Overall fibre planning and allocation based on production requiremnts
1. Monitor the fibre availibility against prodcution plan
2. Co-ordibnation with production teams to enure the uninterrupted lin operations.
3. Enure the proper fibre planning and reduce the fibre scrap
