- Process Operations & Control
- Operate and monitor Hydrogenation reactors and downstream processing systems.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch sheets, and process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, H₂ flow, Catalyst dosage, Agitation, etc.).
- Monitor DCS/PLC systems for reliable operations.
- Optimize hydrogen consumption and catalyst efficiency.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling and preventive maintenance.
- Production Planning & SAP Activities
- Execute production orders in SAP.
- Perform goods movement (RM issue, FG receipt, by-product accounting) in SAP.
- Maintain accurate production data and batch records in SAP system.
- Track inventory of raw materials, catalyst, hydrogen, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with PPC for production planning and dispatch schedules.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to Hydrogen handling safety protocols.
- Monitor pressure systems, relief valves, and hydrogen pipelines.
- Participate in HAZOP, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe catalyst charging and unloading practices.
