We are looking for motivated and target-oriented sales professionals to join our team handling the Australian market. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, experience in telesales or BPO sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with Australian customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar and energy solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity for managerial roles.
- Coach and guide sales team members to achieve business targets, where applicable.

Requirements
- Sales Executive: 1–6 years of experience in BPO, Tele-sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Sales Manager:



8+ years of experience in BPO or Tele-sales, preferably with team management experience.
- Australian BPO/process and customer-handling experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electricity, Telecom, Utilities, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and calling systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with Australian market experience are preferred. Experience in solar, energy, or utility solutions will be an added advantage, particularly for candidates applying for managerial positions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
