Hari Chand Anand & Co. is hiring an experienced Embroidery Machine Engineer / Embroidery Machine Technician for our manufacturing unit in Okhla Phase II, Current Delhi.

We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in industrial embroidery machines, computerized embroidery machine maintenance, machine troubleshooting, servicing, mechanical repairs, and electrical fault diagnosis.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling embroidery machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, technical faults, machine adjustments, and repair work to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial and computerized embroidery machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in embroidery machines.
- Identify machine breakdown problems and carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Handle embroidery machine settings, adjustments, calibration, and performance checks.
- Inspect and maintain machine components to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot embroidery machine issues related to stitching quality, thread breakage, needle problems, and machine performance.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve machine-related technical problems.
- Maintain servicing, repair, breakdown, and spare parts records.
- Ensure embroidery machines operate efficiently and safely.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and machine safety procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in embroidery machine maintenance and repair.
- Practical knowledge of computerized and industrial embroidery machines.
- Strong skills in mechanical troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and machine servicing.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, sensors, and machine components.
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair embroidery machine faults.
- Experience in machine adjustment, preventive maintenance, and technical problem-solving.
- ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Candidates with experience in textile, garment, embroidery, or apparel manufacturing units will be preferred.
