- Oversee day-to-day Emergency Department operations and ensure 247 readiness.
- Coordinate triage, patient assessment, stabilization, and timely treatment.
- Ensure availability of emergency equipment, medicines, consumables, and adequate staffing.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, ICU, OT, diagnostics, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient flow, waiting time, admissions, referrals, and emergency response.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, patient safety, and NABH standards.
- Manage duty rosters, staff performance, and emergency response training.
- Maintain emergency MIS, documentation, incident reports, and performance dashboards.
