Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance

- Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and other electrical equipment.

- Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and take corrective action.

- Maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, distribution boards, and related equipment within the scope of training and authorization.

- Replace damaged switches, bulbs, tube lights, fans, and other electrical fittings.

- Assist with the maintenance of generators, pumps, and other electrical equipment.

- Ensure electrical installations are secure and report major faults to the Maintenance Supervisor.

- Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Plumbing Maintenance

- Inspect, repair, and maintain water supply lines, taps, valves, pipelines, and drainage systems.

- Repair leaking taps, pipes, flush tanks, washbasins, toilets, and other sanitary fittings.





- Attend to blockages in drains and plumbing lines using appropriate tools and methods.

- Maintain water pumps, overhead tanks, and related water supply equipment.

- Monitor water leakage and wastage and take corrective action.

- Ensure proper functioning of washrooms, drinking water points, and other plumbing facilities.

General Maintenance

- Attend to maintenance complaints from classrooms, laboratories, offices, hostels, and other campus buildings.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and basic maintenance materials.

- Record completed maintenance work and report pending repairs.

- Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs when required.

- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.

- Follow college rules, safety standards, and instructions issued by the administration.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
