/ Responsibilities

- Manage daily electrical maintenance activities and handle breakdowns of plant machinery.

- Coordinate with the Production Department to minimize machine downtime.

- Supervise and guide a team of electricians, ensuring performance and safety compliance.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for plant equipment.

- Maintain maintenance reports, daily checklists, and MIS documentation.

- Monitor electrical spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution of breakdowns.

- Support electrical projects, equipment modifications, and improvement activities.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.

- Work in rotational shifts as per plant requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have a Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.





- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

- Mandatory experience in a rubber, plastics molding, or continuous process manufacturing plant.

- Strong knowledge of electrical breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

- Experience in supervising electricians and coordinating with production teams.

- Ability to minimize machine downtime through effective maintenance planning and quick response.

- Valuable knowledge of maintenance documentation, safety standards, and MIS reporting.

- Familiarity with spare parts inventory management and procurement coordination.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts at Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune.
