- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities across the production and utility areas.

- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems in cutting, stitching, quilting, embroidery, finishing, packing, and other production machinery, as applicable.

- Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical panels, motors, wiring, lighting, and distribution systems.

- Attend electrical breakdowns promptly and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize production downtime.

- Monitor the functioning of LT panels, MCC panels, distribution boards, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems, wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems associated with compressors, boilers, HVAC, and other utility equipment.

- Inspect electrical installations, cables, switchgear, earthing systems, and protective devices periodically.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work systems, and safe isolation practices.

- Ensure that electrical maintenance work is carried out using appropriate PPE and safety equipment.

- Monitor electricity consumption and identify opportunities to reduce energy wastage and improve power efficiency.

- Maintain records of electrical breakdowns,



preventive maintenance, energy consumption, and repair activities.

- Monitor the availability of electrical spares and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.

- Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, utility, and safety departments to resolve equipment-related issues.

- Ensure that electrical drawings, equipment manuals, maintenance schedules, and inspection records are updated.

- Supervise electricians and electrical technicians, allocate daily work, and monitor job completion.

- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety regulations and statutory inspection requirements.

- Identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Support internal audits, safety audits, and external statutory inspections related to electrical installations
