Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and installations.

- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, control panels, distribution boards, transformers, and electrical circuits.

- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and wiring systems.

- Diagnose and repair electrical equipment failures to minimize production downtime.

- Monitor the functioning of electrical systems and ensure optimal equipment performance.

- Carry out maintenance of motors, starters, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and other electrical machinery.

- Maintain electrical maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, and other departments for planned maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and applicable safety regulations.

- Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and maintenance processes.

- Maintain adequate electrical spare parts and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.





Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant industrial maintenance experience may also be considered.

Experience & Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing plant, industrial facility, or similar environment.

- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and electrical equipment.

- Hands-on experience with motors, control panels, VFDs, starters, and electrical troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of PLC systems, electrical drawings, and wiring diagrams.

- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and root cause analysis.

- Knowledge of electrical safety standards, earthing systems, and protection devices.

- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation resistance testers.

- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
