Role & responsibilities

Title : Electrical Engineer / Supervisor

Experience : 2-5 years in Construction ( Solar experience can be preferred )

Qualification : B Tech / Diploma in Electrical

- Supervise electrical works involving floating PV platforms and pontoons.
- Monitor protected installation and routing of cables between floating arrays and shore-based electrical systems.
- Ensure proper cable support, flexibility, protection and segregation in floating and shoreline areas.
- Coordinate electrical works around anchoring systems, walkways and access routes.
- Ensure electrical equipment and connections are adequately protected against water ingress, corrosion and environmental exposure.




- Follow strict safety procedures for electrical work over water and during adverse weather conditions.
- Coordinate with the marine/floating structure team during electrical installation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 35 years of relevant experience in electrical installation and site supervision.
- Experience in Solar PV / Solar EPC projects is preferred.
- Experience in Floating Solar Projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in electrical construction, renewable energy, industrial projects or power projects may also be considered.
