- Handle electrical wiring and panel assembly for CNC/VMC machines.
- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
- Install and connect electrical components as per specifications.
- Assist in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and fault identification.
- Coordinate with mechanical and assembly teams during machine assembly.
- Ensure electrical safety standards and quality procedures are followed.
- Maintain electrical inspection records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and control panels.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and components.
- Knowledge of motors, sensors, relays, and contactors.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn industrial machine electrical systems.
