Job Title: OSS Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform fixture assembly, installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot PLC systems and modify PLC programs as required.
- Handle mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance of fixtures.
- Read and interpret 2D and 3D fixture drawings, including GD&T.;
- Inspect and test assembled fixtures to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform HMI and PLC programming, including PLC wiring, control panel wiring, and servo drive configuration.
- Identify and resolve fixture-related technical problems to ensure smooth operations.

Key Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in fixture assembly, installation, and troubleshooting.




- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and program modification.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading 2D and 3D drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of HMI programming, PLC wiring, control panels, and servo drives.
- Experience with mechanical fixtures and automation fixture assembly.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional and international teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
