Role Overview We are looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across corporate facilities in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for EHS compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident management, emergency preparedness, statutory compliance, and driving a robust safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system implementation and compliance activities.




- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Manage emergency preparedness plans and conduct mock drills.
- Deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
- Monitor environmental performance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with facility management teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of EHS experience in corporate facilities, commercial buildings, or integrated facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and ISO standards.

- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditor

Preferred Certifications

- NEBOSH
- Diploma in Industrial Safety
