Job Title: Senior Boomi Developer – EDI

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4–7 years overall IT experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi experience

OSI Digital is looking for a Senior Boomi Developer with strong expertise in Dell Boomi AtomSphere and EDI to develop, deploy, and support end-to-end integration solutions between enterprise applications and trading partners.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Boomi integrations.

- Build integrations across ERP, CRM, databases, cloud applications, and third-party systems.

- Develop EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 830, 846, 940, 945, and 997.

- Configure EDI profiles, trading partners, maps, connectors, and process routes.

- Work with ANSI X12/EDIFACT standards, segments, qualifiers, and control numbers.

- Implement integrations using AS2, SFTP/FTP, HTTPS, REST APIs, and SOAP.

- Develop data mappings, transformations, cross-references, and business rules.

- Configure and troubleshoot Atoms, Molecules, environments, process executions, and deployment packages.

- Monitor integrations and resolve failed transactions and production issues.

- Implement error handling, exception management, logging, alerts, and retry mechanisms.

- Perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, customers, vendors, and trading partners.

- Perform unit, integration, and system testing and support UAT.

- Maintain technical documentation, mapping specifications, interface designs, and support procedures.

- Follow development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Support CI/CD, version control, deployment automation, and integration lifecycle management.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

- Solid knowledge of Boomi process development, process reporting, document handling, maps, profiles, connectors, and deployments.





- Hands-on experience with Boomi EDI capabilities and trading partner integrations.

- Knowledge of ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards and EDI acknowledgments.

- Experience with EDI transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 830, 846, 940, 945, and 997.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files.

- Experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, and secure data transmission.

- Strong skills in data mapping, transformation, document splitting, batching, and validation.

- Knowledge of certificates, encryption, and integration security.

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.

- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic scripting.

- Understanding of supply chain, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics processes.

- Experience with troubleshooting, production support, and root-cause analysis.

- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

We are not looking for someone who:

- Lacks hands-on Dell Boomi development experience.

- Cannot independently develop and deploy end-to-end integrations.

- Has no practical experience with Boomi EDI and trading partner integrations.

- Has only theoretical knowledge of ANSI X12/EDIFACT or EDI transactions.

- Lacks experience with APIs, integration protocols, and data mapping.

- Has no troubleshooting or production support experience.

- Is unfamiliar with deployment management, testing, or integration security.

- Cannot work independently or collaborate with cross-functional teams.
