Key Responsibilities - Counsel patients and couples about IVF and available fertility treatments.

- Explain the IVF process, treatment stages, costs, and timelines.
- Address patient concerns, doubts, and objections with empathy.
- Follow up with prospective patients through calls and WhatsApp.




- Build patient trust and encourage suitable patients to proceed with recommended treatment.
- Coordinate with doctors and the hospital team for consultations and treatment.
- Maintain patient records, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
- Work towards counselling and treatment conversion targets.

Requirements - Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Experience in IVF counselling, healthcare, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and confidentiality.
