About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Education Counsellor with at least 1 year of experience in student counselling, admissions, or educational sales. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students about our digital marketing courses, explaining course benefits, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about digital marketing courses, modules, career opportunities, and placement assistance.
- Handle leads and inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course fees, payment plans, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.




- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and maintain professional communication.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education counselling, student admissions, telesales, or educational sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and its career opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
- Target-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a digital marketing institute, coaching institute, or edtech company.
- Knowledge of lead management and admission counselling.
- Ability to explain course benefits and career prospects confidently.
