Education Counsellor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals regarding higher education and PhD admission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding PhD and higher education programs.
- Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain course details, admission process, eligibility, fees, university options, and available programs.
- Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Convert genuine enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain lead and candidate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.




- Provide accurate information and excellent support throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Hindi and English communication is preferred.
- Experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
