Job Title: EDI SI Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EDI SI Support Engineer with 58 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end EDI application support. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in supporting EDI integrations, incident management, production support, and troubleshooting across various EDI transactions and integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end production support for EDI interfaces and integrations.
- Monitor EDI transactions and ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Support onboarding of trading partners and manage EDI mapping/configuration changes.
- Coordinate with business users, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Handle service requests, change requests, and deployment support.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management activities as required.

Required Skills:





- 59 years of hands-on experience in EDI production/application support.
- BP Knowledge -Basic

- Server patching's and restarts

- Certificate setups in production

- Lightwell
- Strong understanding of EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
- Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 997, 940, 945).
- Hands-on experience with EDI integration platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling Integrator/Sterling B2B Integrator (SI), Seeburger, Axway, or similar).
- Good knowledge of EDI mapping, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN), and file transfer processes.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Basic SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge for troubleshooting is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a 24x7 production support environment.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud-based integration platforms is a plus.
