We are hiring an experienced Tally Executive to manage our company's accounting and financial records. The primary requirement is strong proficiency in Tally. You will also be responsible for basic administration of our Amazon Seller Central account (downloading reports and reconciliation). No prior Amazon experience is required; we will provide guidance on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Tally & Accounting (Core Responsibility):

- Data Entry: Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journals).
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with Amazon payment settlements to ensure accurate accounting of all sales.
- GST & Taxation: Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and manage e-way bills.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain basic stock records in Tally to match physical inventory.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management.

Amazon Account Administration (Basic):

- Report Retrieval:



Download sales and tax reports from the Amazon portal for accounting purposes.
- Returns Tracking: Log customer returns in Tally to ensure credit notes are passed correctly.
- General Admin: Assist with basic portal navigation and checking account health notifications (Training provided).

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in Tally is mandatory.
- Education: Open to all educational backgrounds (Skills and Experience are prioritized over degrees).
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP 9 and basic knowledge of Excel.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn the basic interface of Amazon Seller Central.
