We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager E-Commerce Operations to manage and optimise our online marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations, improving product visibility, maintaining listing accuracy, monitoring sales performance, and supporting the growth of Cuckoo Appliances' online business.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace performance, product availability, orders, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.

2. Product Listing & Catalogue Management

- Create, update, and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and specifications.
- Manage product catalogue accuracy, pricing, SKUs, and listing activation.
- Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalogue-related issues.

3. Inventory & Order Operations

- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock replenishment with the warehouse team.
- Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure timely resolution of marketplace operational issues and minimise stockouts.

4. Payments & Reconciliation

- Monitor marketplace settlements,



commissions, deductions, and payment discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Track returns, refunds, claims, and other operational adjustments.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
- Follow up with marketplace support teams to resolve escalations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Robust knowledge of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
- Inventory management, order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Sales MIS, reporting, and data analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline
- 3-6 years of relevant e-commerce marketplace experience.
- Experience in consumer durables, electronics, home appliances, or related product categories preferred.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory planning, sales analysis, and operational coordination.
