Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce portals and online selling operations.

- Handle online orders, sales transactions, and order tracking.

- Monitor product listings, pricing, and rate accuracy.

- Reconcile online sales, payments, and marketplace settlements.

- Handle billing and invoice verification.

- Maintain sales and payment records using Tally.

- Prepare sales reports and maintain records using MS Excel.

- Identify and coordinate the resolution of order, payment, billing, and reconciliation discrepancies.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of e-commerce portal operations and online selling.

- Knowledge of Tally and basic accounting.

- Understanding of sales reconciliation and payment settlements.

- Knowledge of billing, invoice verification, and rate checking.

- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Valuable numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
