About the Role

We are looking for a computer-savvy, detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage daily order processing operations for our e-commerce business.

The candidate will be responsible for generating shipping labels, processing customer orders, locating the correct products in the warehouse and ensuring that orders are accurately prepared for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily customer orders received through the company's e-commerce website.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices and order-related documents using the computer and shipping software.
- Identify and locate the correct products for each order from the warehouse or inventory.
- Match product details, sizes, colours and quantities with the order before dispatch.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain proper records of processed orders and report any stock discrepancies.
- Handle basic computer operations, data entry and inventory-related tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency while handling a high volume of daily orders.

Minimum Requirements




- Fluent use of computers with good knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in computer operations, data entry, e-commerce or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to use spreadsheets and manage order-related data.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify products correctly.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual and organized with a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an e-commerce company, online store or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with shipping software, courier portals and generating shipping labels.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment.

Working Hours Full-time position. Working hours and weekly offs will be as per company policy.

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the role.
