Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace & Performance Marketing Executive to manage product listings, catalogue hygiene, Unicommerce operations, and paid advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listing SEO, campaign management, budget optimisation, and sales growth. The candidate must be able to independently manage marketplace catalogues and execute performance marketing strategies to improve product visibility, conversions, and return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Marketplace Management

- Create, upload, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, sizes, and SKU details.
- Conduct regular product hygiene checks and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and catalogue issues.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, keywords, and attributes using marketplace SEO best practices.
- Handle bulk product uploads, catalogue updates, and new product launches.

2. Unicommerce Operations

- Manage product additions, SKU creation, SKU mapping, and inventory updates through Unicommerce.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronisation across marketplaces.
- Identify and resolve catalogue mapping and inventory discrepancies.

3. Performance Marketing & Advertising

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and product targeting to improve advertising performance.




- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximise sales and profitability.
- Monitor and optimise ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust bids, keywords, targeting, and budgets accordingly.
- Identify high-performing products and scale successful advertising campaigns.
- Reduce wasted advertising spend through negative keywords, bid optimisation, and campaign restructuring.
- Prepare regular advertising performance reports highlighting spend, sales, conversions, and profitability.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns with product launches, promotions, and marketplace sales events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 24 years of relevant e-commerce marketplace experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Practical working knowledge of Unicommerce is mandatory.
- Experience in product listing, catalogue management, SKU mapping, and product hygiene.
- Robust understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimisation.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or similar marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of campaign budgeting, bidding strategies, ROAS, ACOS, and conversion optimisation.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel for catalogue management, reporting, and data handling.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and advertising campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle e-commerce.
- Demonstrated ability to improve marketplace sales through advertising and listing optimisation.
- Experience scaling profitable advertising campaigns while controlling advertising costs.
- Experience resolving listing errors and inventory synchronisation issues.
- Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads will be an added advantage
