Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage online stores, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product management, and online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Listing & Management
- Upload and update products on e-commerce platforms.
- Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categories.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and optimized.
- Order Management
- Process and track customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
- Coordinate with the relevant team to avoid stock discrepancies.
- E-Commerce Platform Management
- Manage online stores on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other relevant marketplaces.
- Monitor product performance, store health, and listing status.
- Resolve listing errors and operational issues.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Track daily sales, orders, product performance, and returns.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.
- Customer Support & Coordination
- Respond to customer queries and marketplace messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, returns, and sales.
- Submit daily work reports and provide updates on assigned tasks.
- Complete assigned work within defined deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred. Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn new e-commerce tools and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
