- Manage end-to-end order processing – from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory checks, product packing, and timely shipments.
- Handle product returns, refunds, and non-delivery cases through logistics platforms.
- Maintain accurate product listings with updated pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Regularly update website inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain operational and sales reports.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
