About the Role

Zorilla Marketing LLP is looking for a proactive and organized E-commerce Influencer Marketing Executive who understands the e-commerce ecosystem and is eager to work with influencers, creators, and brands. You will help identify the right creators, manage collaborations, coordinate campaign activities, and ensure successful content delivery for our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and affiliates for different brands and e-commerce products.
- Shortlist creators based on audience, content quality, engagement, niche, and brand suitability.
- Reach out to influencers through email and social media to initiate and manage collaborations.
- Coordinate product samples, campaign requirements, content briefs, and posting schedules.
- Follow up with creators to ensure timely content creation and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand partners.
- Track campaign progress, creator responses, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers, and reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, social media platforms, influencer strategies, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Basic to good knowledge of e-commerce, including online marketplaces, D2C brands,



product listings, or online consumer behaviour.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, social media marketing, or creator outreach is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to work with CRM tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.
- A results-driven mindset with an interest in helping brands grow online.
