Role & responsibilities

- Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across plant equipment.

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance.

- Minimize unplanned downtime and maximize equipment availability.

- Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor and optimize equipment performance, reliability, and energy utilization.

- Conduct critical equipment analysis, condition monitoring, and maintenance planning.

- Ensure compliance with engineering systems, safety standards, and management systems.

- Manage maintenance budgets, energy costs, and departmental KPIs.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 maintenance professionals.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/production industries.

- Solid knowledge of Electrical Maintenance, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance Overhauls.

- Experience in condition monitoring, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.

- Understanding of QMS, EMS, EnMS, and OH&S; systems.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
