Role & responsibilities:
- Be the technical expert for Duck Creek applications and guide teams on design.
- Troubleshoot REST, SOAP and View Model API integrations • Find root causes of failures across UI, workflow, API and external systems
- Manage and fix Duck Creek batch jobs • Review configuration changes and support releases.
- Use SQL to validate data and troubleshoot issues
- Handle complex production incidents and drive permanent fixes.
- Review designs and give technical estimates
Preferred candidate profile:
- 7 to 14 years in IT, with 4+ years hands-on in Duck Creek (Policy / Billing / Claims)
- Strong in Duck Creek APIs, integrations (REST / SOAP, JSON / XML) and batch processing
- Production support (L2 / L3) and RCA experience on complex incidents
- Valuable SQL skills
- P&C; insurance exposure is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Notice period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
