We are urgently hiring a skilled and dedicated DRO / Lathe Machine Operator for our manufacturing unit located in Wasuli, Pune. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of operating lathe machines and DRO (Digital Readout) systems, along with the ability to perform machining operations accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate lathe machines and DRO systems as per production requirements.
- Perform turning and other machining operations as required.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards during production.
- Ensure proper machine setup, tool selection, and routine maintenance.




- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Requirements
- Previous experience operating a DRO or lathe machine is preferred.
- Knowledge of machining processes and engineering drawings.
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to join immediately.
