We are looking for a skilled DRO Machine Operator to operate conventional machining machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidate should be able to perform machining operations accurately and meet production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe, milling, and drilling machines equipped with DRO systems.
- Perform turning, facing, drilling, and other basic machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Set up workpieces and select appropriate tools for machining.
- Use DRO systems to achieve accurate measurements and machining dimensions.
- Check component dimensions during machining.
- Maintain machining accuracy and product quality.
- Follow production schedules and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain machines, tools,
and the work area in positive condition.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of DRO operations and conventional machining.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
- Experience operating lathe, milling, or drilling machines preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.
