? We’re Hiring: Mid-Level .NET Developer | Healthcare | AI-Assisted Development

We are looking for a mid-level .NET Developer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team and work on critical healthcare business applications.

This role combines strong .NET development skills with an AI-assisted, agentic development workflow , using GitHub Copilot as a daily development partner.

? Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Angular 15+, REST APIs and Microsoft SQL Server

• Use GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode and Copilot Coding Agent to develop features, generate tests, refactor code and fix defects

- Write clear prompts, task specifications and repository instructions for AI-assisted development

• Review, test and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance and PHI/HIPAA safety

- Design, code, debug and test across the software development lifecycle

• Develop and maintain n-tier and Service-Oriented Architecture applications

- Modernize and support existing applications and codebases

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and Azure DevOps work-item management

? Required Qualifications

- 6-8 years of experience with the Microsoft .NET platform

• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ADO.NET and REST APIs

- Angular 15+ and Microsoft SQL Server are mandatory





• Hands-on professional experience using GitHub Copilot Chat, Agent Mode and Copilot Coding Agent

- Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of application architecture and design patterns

• Experience building and supporting n-tier applications

- Experience across the SDLC

• Experience with Git/GitHub, branching, pull requests and code reviews

- Robust ownership, attention to detail and communication skills

⭐ Important Healthcare Domain Requirement

Experience with the End-Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System (EQRS) is highly important for this role.

Experience with healthcare applications and HL7/FHIR integrations will be an advantage.

? Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Copilot Coding Agent and other Agentic AI tools

• Familiarity with MCP servers or other agent tooling

- Agile, Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience

• Experience with VB.NET, Crystal Reports or Entity Framework

• Basic understanding of Azure services

- Microsoft or GitHub certifications

• Experience with EMR systems
